When Axle Winch was born prematurely, and with various medical issues, law enforcement officials from Colorado shaped a “cuddle membership” to assist watch over him.

Axle’s father Adam advised the BBC: “Axle weighed two kilos 12 ounces [1.2kg] when he was born. We have been advised he won’t make it.
